Clinics can set up a set of rules that make it possible to automatically do certain actions based on certain triggers.
Examples of possible automatic actions based on rules:

  • Give patients certain ‘tags’ automatically in the web portal.
  • Send predefined messages based on a trigger. Fx if a certain questionnaire has been sent to a patient.
  • Recommend content
  • Assign questionnaires
  • Send notifications

An example of a rule:

  • For patients with a well-being score below 52 based on their answers to the WHO-5 questionnaire, a WHO-5 ‘tag’ will automatically be set in the web portal.
