5.3.5. Clinician Note

The Clinician notes allows you to keep helpful memos about the patient. These memos are visible to you and all other associated clinicians. They are not visible to the patient.

Add Clinician note:

1. Select a date
2. Write the note
3. Click “Save” when done.

All notes can be reviewed in the “Clinician Notes” section under each patient see section xx for more information.
