The Just program defines positive products and services as those that contribute to the betterment of society and the environment. These positive products and services, either directly for the user, or indirectly to others beyond the immediate user, contribute to beneficial outcomes. A commitment to positive products and services includes the complete life cycle of a product or service, from concept to design, manufacture, sale, use, reuse, and disposal.
