Aggregation over Sublists

There is often a need to perform some operations over all values of a sublist column. Using aggregation functions in expressions sums, counts, mins, maxs, averages or custom logic can be calculated over all values in a column of a sublist. These expressions can be used as field values or to set fields visible or enabled depending on values in the sublists.
