Make up Exams

• All absent students must submit a valid written report/excuse with accompanying documents (where applicable) to the Dean of Students within 24 hours. The administration will determine the eligibility for a makeup exam.
• If an absence from a scheduled assessment recurs for a medical reason, regardless of the subject, the student must present a medical report from the school physician or a hospital emergency room.
• All students absent from an announced exam will have to sit for a makeup exam, provided they are eligible.
• All makeup exams will take place every Wednesday as needed from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. If the student has more than one exam/quiz to sit for within a week, the issue will be discussed case by case.

In the case of unjustified excuses or cases deemed ineligible for a makeup exam, the student will obtain a 40% on the exam he/she missed.
