Child Protection Policy

Counselors are child protection officers (CPO); this implies that the counselors are trained to notice any signs of abuse and neglect and are required to implement IC’s Child Protection Policy by following a detailed procedure to preserve the student’s safety. This policy (attached in the appendix) is based on international standards, the UN policy for child protection and is in line with the Lebanese Law 422/2002.
