The College cafeteria is managed exclusively by an external caterer. The caterer is entirely committed to high quality and food safety standards and is exclusively responsible for any resulting liability. Both campuses (Ain Aar and Ras Beirut) have earned the HACCP, an internationally recognized food safety certificate, and the caterer abides by its standards. The menu is planned to meet students’ nutritional needs. Menus are published on the cafeteria page of the school website to help parents and/or legal guardians advise their children and verify they are following a well-balanced diet.
