8.1.1. Select Product(s)

In the Select Product(s) form, users can select the products that are involved in or affected by the vigilance case.

1. Select the Product(s): This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of registered products. It is a mandatory field. It allows users to select a product by either entering its name or clicking on the arrow icon.
   • Rather than a dropdown menu, the arrow icon opens a pop-up window.
     

     **Products are retrieved from the central form of the Products application.

**To select a product in this window, users must double-click on it from the grid. Users will then be returned to the Select Product(s) form where they will find the selected product populating the Select the Product(s) field.

2. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the product selection and return to the main form.
3. Save and New: This button allows users to save the product selection and open a new window to make another selection.
