6.4.2. Vigilance Impact List

In this module, users can create, edit, and delete the options displayed in the Impact dropdown. This dropdown is found in the New Vigilance Record form.

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new impact level, revealing the following input fields:
   
   • Active: This checkbox determines whether the impact level is displayed as an option in the Impact dropdown.
     • When selected, the option is marked as active and will appear in the dropdown; when unselected, it will be hidden from view.
   • Impact/Title: This is a text field that allows users to input the title(s) of the impact level (in English [default], Arabic, German, or French).
2. Discard Changes: This button allows users to discard their changes.
3. Save Changes: This button allows users to save their changes.
4. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete an impact level.
   

   **To confirm the deletion of items in the grid, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To undo deletion, click either Discard Changes or Undo ( ).

*To edit content within the grid, simply click inside the desired cell. For additional options or actions related to the grid, use the kebab menu ( ) located in the upper-right corner.
