If the Document and/or Process options are selected in the Related To dropdown, the Related Documentation section will be displayed. Users can utilize the tabs in this section to assign different types of documentation to the vigilance record.

  1. Select a Folder: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of object folders from EPC. It allows users to choose the folder containing the relevant documentation.
    • Instead of a dropdown menu, this field opens a pop-up window.
    • Once an object folder is chosen, its child objects will automatically populate the grid below.
      • Select All: This button allows users to select all objects in the grid for assignment.
      • Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all objects in the grid.
      • Assign Selected: This button allows users to assign the selected objects.
        • Once assigned, these objects will populate the following grid:
          • To delete an assigned object, click the corresponding Delete ( ) button.
          • To modify the version of an assigned object, click the Edit ( ) button or double-click the object.
          • To access the full description of an assigned object, click inside the Description column.

          • To view the object in EPC, click the hyperlink in the Link to [Object] column.
