In the Edit Version of Selected EPC [Object] form, users can specify the version of the EPC object that will be assigned to the vigilance record. Users can also categorize this object as either primary or supporting documentation.
- Name / Description: These fields are automatically populated with the relevant information from EPC.
- Primary / Supporting Documentation: This is a radio button that allows users to classify the EPC object, selecting only one option from a set of mutually exclusive choices. Users can distinguish the object as either primary or supporting documentation based on its role in the record.
- Versioning Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of versioning types from EPC. It allows users to determine how the record will display the object.
- Versioning Types: Latest Published Version, Current Version Until Next Published, Latest Version, Specified Version.
- If Specified Version is selected from the dropdown, the following field will appear:

- Link to [Object]: This is a hyperlink that directs users to the object in EPC.
- Save and Previous: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the previous object in the grid.
- Save and Return: This button allows users to save their changes and return to the New Vigilance Record form.
- Save and Next: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the next object in the grid.
