Once the vigilance record is created and submitted, the assigned reviewer will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks, prompting them to review the record.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the button in the email will direct users to the Review Vigilance Record form. In this form, users can review the record and decide on the appropriate next steps.

  1. RCA Owner: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of active users, roles, and groups in the system. It allows for the selection or modification of the party responsible for the root cause analysis.
  2. Check Effectiveness Reviewer: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of active users and roles in the system. It allows for the selection or modification of the party responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of implemented actions.
  3. Comment: This field allows users to provide comments or notes on the vigilance record.
  4. Save Form: This button allows users to save their progress in the form.
    • The form will remain in the Pending Tasks folder for further action or review at a later time.
  5. Record Needs More Info: This button allows users to request additional information or clarification from the record creator.
  6. No Issue (Close): This button allows users to close the vigilance record if, upon review, no underlying issue is found.
  7. Further Analysis Needed: This button allows users to submit the vigilance record for further analysis.
    • If selected, the RCA owner will be tasked with assessing and treating the vigilance record.
