10.1.1. Select Case(s)

In the Select Case(s) form, users can select the cases to be linked to the vigilance record.

1. Select Case(s): This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of approved vigilances cases. It is a mandatory field. It allows users to select a case by either entering its name or clicking on the arrow icon.
   • Rather than a dropdown menu, the arrow icon opens a pop-up window.
     

     **Cases are retrieved from the Case List module of the Vigilance application.

**To select a case in this window, users must double-click on it from the grid. Users will then be returned to the Select Case(s) form where they will find the selected case populating the Select Case(s) field.

2. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the case selection and return to the New Vigilance Record form.
3. Save and New: This button allows users to save the case selection and open a new window to make another selection.
