In the Select Case(s) form, users can select the cases to be linked to the vigilance record.

  1. Select Case(s): This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of approved vigilances cases. It is a mandatory field. It allows users to select a case by either entering its name or clicking on the arrow icon.
    • Rather than a dropdown menu, the arrow icon opens a pop-up window.
  1. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the case selection and return to the New Vigilance Record form.
  2. Save and New: This button allows users to save the case selection and open a new window to make another selection.
