10.1.4. Record Related To (Optional)

In this section of the New Vigilance Record form, users can specify any entities related to the vigilance record, providing additional context.

• Related To: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of active entities in the system. It allows users to associate the vigilance record with relevant documents, processes, or other items.
  • Related Entities (Standard): Document, Process.
    • If Document and/or Process is selected, an additional section will become visible in the form, allowing users to assign the relevant objects.
