Once a vigilance case is reported, the assigned reviewer will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks, prompting them to review the case.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the button in the email will direct users to the Review Vigilance Case form. In this form, users can assess the reported incident and decide on the appropriate next steps.

  1. Comment: This field allows users to provide comments or notes on the vigilance case.
  2. Save Form: This button allows users to save their progress in the form.
    • The form will remain in the Pending Tasks folder for further action or review at a later time.
  3. Cancel: This button allows users to cancel the vigilance case if, upon review, it is deemed unnecessary.
  4. Need More Details: This button allows users to request additional information or clarification from the case creator.
  5. Approve: This button allows users to approve the vigilance case, concluding the workflow.
