If the Action Rejected button is selected in the Sign-Off form, the assigned user would receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that the action is not complete.

The user would also receive an email informing them that they have a new task to do.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email should direct the user to the Action Not Complete form. This form is largely a duplicate of the Create a New Action form, with the exception being that the fields are all populated with previously inputted information. Users can modify almost all of these fields. To avoid unnecessary repetition, only the notable aspects of the Action Not Complete form will be listed below.

  1. Send Back the Action

At the bottom of the Action Not Complete form, there is the following button:

  • Send Back the Action: This button allows users to send back the action for sign-off.
    • If the action is rejected again, this process will repeat.
