Manula software updates related to "quotes"

Small fix to the topic search engine within the Manula admin system:
When searching for a phrase using double quotes, the phrase search did not work correctly.

All good now, the admin search now returns the exact same results as the live manual search.

Today, a big improvement to the search engine for live manuals. Suggested by users for many years, but now finally available:
The ability to search for exact phrases using quotes, e.g. “code block” or “manual settings”.
