The rules are categorized according to the following icons:

Error: Detected malfunction in the elevator operation, technician intervention is necessary for resolution.

Usable: Special elevator events that do not impact its regular operation. They only inform that they are currently active.

Normal: Non-assistive alert as it is temporary, caused by an event that disappears on its own when the situation that triggered it is resolved.

Door blocked The doors have not opened or closed within the configured time after the door open or close command.
Door error The electronic board controlling the car doors gives an error.
Door time protection open The doors have not opened within the configured time after the door open command (too fast or too slow).
Drive error The elevator has a malfunction that prevents movement and travel from being correct.
Generic error Common generic error.
Misconfiguration Controller misconfiguration.
Out of range of temperature Out of range temperature (above or under the expected limits).
Power errors Common power error.
Relay unexpected state Relay is in an unexpected state.
Security chain interrupted Security chain interrupted during the trip.
Software error Software error (triggered watchdog, reboot, etc…).
Trips count limit exceeded Number of trips is above the maximum established.
Trip time limit exceeded Time of trips is above the maximum established.
Up final limit switch Up final limit switch was activated.
