Generic rules

The rules are categorized according to the following icons:

– Error: Detected malfunction in the elevator operation, technician intervention is necessary for resolution.

– Usable: Special elevator events that do not impact its regular operation. They only inform that they are currently active.

– Normal: Non-assistive alert as it is temporary, caused by an event that disappears on its own when the situation that triggered it is resolved.

	Car door locked	The doors have not opened or closed within the configured time after the door open or close command.
	Error	Activates all error type rules.
	Error while doing correction run	Error while doing correction run.
	No telephone	No telephone communication with the emergency system.
	Start failed error	Error while doing correction run.

	Hall door locked	Hall door closed.
	Power save	On escalators, an ​energy-saving mode​ is a mode where the escalator runs slowly or even stops in order to save energy.
	Safety chain interrupted, no operation	Security chain interrupted.
