In the context of the N4M Smart Control platform, a set of rules has been designed to efficiently report breakdowns or malfunctions that may arise in elevators. These rules are divided into two main categories:

  • Generic rules: applicable to any type of elevator.
  • Specific rules: tailored to each elevator brand.

The generic rule system has been conceived to address common issues that may occur in elevators from different manufacturers. These rules are designed to detect unusual patterns and behaviors in elevator operations, allowing for timely identification of potential faults or risky situations.

On the other hand, customized rules have been developed for each elevator brand. Each manufacturer has its own unique characteristics and specifications, so these specific rules are designed to recognize the peculiarities and behaviors specific to each model. This way, the ability to detect problems is optimized, and a prompt response and solution are facilitated.

The N4M Smart Control platform presents itself as a comprehensive tool for efficient and rapid management of incidents in elevators. Thanks to this carefully designed set of rules, users can stay alert to any issues, thus minimizing downtime and ensuring a quality and safe service for elevator users.
