New functionality
• Option for setting/changing the technical contact for the configuration in admin GUI. This may/will be used if a user requests to be deleted.

Changes
• When a user requests to have its userprofile deleted an email will be sent to the technical contact of the configuration + the contact person for the company (if defined) and the user itself. Applies only to responsive GUI
• Various danish translations for deleting the user-profile has been updated/corrected

Bugfix
• In responsive GUI the global feedback-function was not working properly until a user was logged into the system. Fixed
