Swap Shifts Restrictions
In our latest release, we’ve add a new setting that allows managers to limit the ability of employees to only swap shifts with employees who have the same position. Previously, when an employee wanted to request a shift swap, they would be able to ask any employee. When this new setting is enabled, employees can only request employees with the same position for a shift swap.
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription.
Employee Last Name, First Name
In the last release, we added a setting that enabled users to ‘Sort by Last Name.’ When enabled, the Employees and Work Schedule page sorts employees by last name. With this release, this setting will display employee names as ‘last name, first name.’

Daily Summary Link to Tax Report
For Aloha users, we’ve added a new link from the tax amount on the Daily Summary report. Users can select the tax amount and the system will redirect users to the Tax Report (Other Reports > Tax Report).
