Void Reports
With the latest Console release, we’ve added two more reports to give you greater insight into the activities of your employees. Voids can be an area of concern, so you’ll now be able to see the Voids by type in the Voids report and see the voids applied to tickets at the check level on the Voids Details Report. You access both reports in Reports > Other Reports.
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription. Available with Aloha POS integrations.
Work Schedule Notes in the Employee Portal
In the latest release of Console, we’ve added an enhancement to the notes you apply to the Work Schedule. When employees log into the employee portal to view their Work Schedule, they will see a popup with the note you have created for the week.
