Weekly Overtime Warning in Work Schedule
You can now receive an in-schedule warning when employees are scheduled for overtime. The warning indicator is adjacent any employee’s name that is scheduled to work weekly overtime. Click the warning indicator to view the total amount of overtime an employee is scheduled for the week. Steps to enable:
- From the Work Schedule module, click More Options > Schedule Options. Check the checkbox for “Display Schedule Warnings”
- From the General Settings module, enable overtime from the Payroll Information tab.
Requires subscription to Console Employee Management or Console Core.
NEW! Cleared Items Report
The Cleared Items report gives you insight into items cleared from POS transactions that occur on or after March 1, 2017. View details such as employee name and item cost and quantity details. You can also click through to view check details. The report is available from Other Reports or can be accessed by clicking through from the Red Flag report.
Requires subscription to Console Advanced Reporting or Console Core. Available with the Silver and Silver Pro integration.

The Cleared Checks report gives you insight into checks cleared at the POS on or after March 1, 2017. View details such as employee name and check totals. You can also click through to view check details. The report is available from Other Reports or can be accessed by clicking through from the Red Flag report.

Drill Through from Red Flag Report
Now you can easily access the red flag details that are meaningful to your business: cleared check, cleared items, and price overrides. Simply click links within the report to get the facts about employee activity.
