Batch Costs in Recipes
You can now understand the impact of batch costs in recipes, so that you have a more accurate measure of profitability. Recipe cost is trickled down when used within another recipe; this cost is now included in recipe cost throughout Console.

Pay Rate History
You now have access to employee pay history in NCR Console, so that you can monitor employee progress, correct errors, and change pay type (salary/hourly). Check out the new Pay Information section of employee profile to view and manage pay rates and history.

Employee Alerts & Notifications
In addition to dashboard alerts, employees are now equipped to stay up to date with text and email notifications. From the employee portal, your team members can manage optional notifications for availability requests and cover shift requests.

Employee Managed Contact Information
With v4.2.6 of NCR Console, your employees can manage their basic contact information from their employee portal account. Changes made to an employee’s contact is reflected in the store and employee portals. Now you can ensure information is always up to date without being bogged down with administrative tasks like updating an employee’s cell phone provider.
