Availability Request Enhancements
Sometimes plans change, and employee availability is no exception. Console’s v4.2.5 strives to make it easier for you and your team to remain nimble when managing to ever-changing employee availability.

  • When viewing a request in the employee portal that is “Pending Approval” employees can click “More Options” to “Withdraw Request”.
  • Store portal users can change the status of approved and rejected availability requests.

Requires Employee Management subscription. Available with all POS integrations.

Cover Shift Request Notes
Need to know why your employees are requesting time off? With v4.2.5 of NCR Console, employees can now submit notes with their unavailability requests. From the employee portal, your team members can click the “Add note for this week” link at the bottom of a week’s availability page. Notes can be added after unavailability is specified for at least one shift, but before clicking “Submit for approval”. Notes can be viewed from the store portal in unavailability dashboard alerts and in the unavailability request.

Aloha Daily Sales Report Enhancements
The Hourly Sales Breakdown of the Daily Sales report has been updated to capture order mode and revenue center. You are now more empowered to easily view your sales data in ways that are meaningful to your business.
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription. Available with Aloha POS integration.
