Copyright footers in PDF version

The default or customized copyright footer is now also show in the generated PDF version:

  • It is now always shown on the PDF cover page.
  • It is optionally also included in the footer of every page, using the new setting “Show copyright text on all pages in PDF” (found in the Account level Customizations page).
