Categories are predefined topics selected to align with the objectives and pressure indicators identified in the Skeena Knowledge Trust Information Framework and include:
Categories can be found under the search bar on the home page or individually under the Categories and Collections tab on the Skeena Salmon Data Centre. Click on the Skeena Salmon Data Centre text on the webpage banner at any time to return to the home page.
Browsing by Collection
Collections are used to group datasets related by spatial extent or project to create a ‘mini library’ and landing page. Collections are found under the Categories and Collections tab on the Skeena Salmon Data Centre, and the Categories and Collections search bar can be used to find specific collections quickly.
Browsing by Organization
Datasets are also discoverable by Organizations, which collect datasets by the data owner or publisher. Organizations are found under the Organizations tab, and specific organizations can be found quickly using the search bar.
