These are not mandatory, but if no set is chosen, the user will have no Properties or Queries that they are allowed access to.

User Can Use

Check the boxes as appropriate. If the box is unchecked, the user will not be able to login to that programme.

Approve Work Enquiry

This will send an email to the email address given when registering confirming Approval

Deleting Users

Deleting a User name in the system also clears any item in the records where that information was stored.
To that extent, it is probably not a good idea to delete.
It might be better to choose the No option in To be Shown in Drop Down. This will ensure that the user cannot be used from here on, but will remain on the historic data.

Editing a User

1. Use the Security menu
2. Select Users or Work Enquiry Users
 The appropriate list displays
3. Select a User
4. Use the Edit menu
5. Edit the User as appropriate
6. Check the box to Apply Property Set
 If the box is unchecked the Work Enquiry user will have access to all properties
7. Click Save (Users)
8. Click Approve (Work Enquiry Users)

Deleting a User

1. Use the Security menu and expand Security
2. Double-Click Users
 The Users window displays
3. Use the Delete menu
4. You are asked to Confirm. Click Yes
