This report is generated on the inspection list and shows information about inspections with samples.

Address: The address at the top right is set on the template. To change the value please contact PSI.
Property/Site Address: This value is set on propery creation. The value can be edited on the AWT “Data Management” screen.
Property Reference Number: This value is set on propery creation and cannot be edited.

Floor/Level: This value is set on inspection creation and can be edited afterwards by editing the inspection.
Room/Area: This value is set on inspection creation and can be edited afterwards by editing the inspection.
Description: This value is set on inspection creation and can be edited afterwards by editing the inspection.
Material: This value is set on inspection creation and can be edited afterwards by editing the inspection.

*Note: These fields are configurable and each client possibly has other fields or field names.

Sample Ref.: This value can be set on inspection creation. This can also be changed on the “Lab Results” screen (shown below indicated by “1”)
Sample No.: This value can be set on inspection creation. This can also be changed on the “Lab Results” screen (shown below indicated by “2”)
Analysis Date: This value can be set on inspection creation. This can also be changed on the “Lab Results” screen (shown below indicated by “3”)
Analysed By: This value can be set on inspection creation. This can also be changed on the “Lab Results” screen (shown below indicated by “4”)
Bulk Certificate: This value can be set on the “Lab Results” screen (shown below indicated by “5”)
