Paths

Paths are the settings used by an organisation that determine the storage of attachments and related folders for process use.
These settings will normally have been discussed with your IT team and notated as protocols. Protocols determine aspects of methodology and interpretation of data use and gathering.

UNC Paths

We recommend the use of UNC (Universal Naming Convention) paths rather than using drive letters, as these will be constant for every user.
UNC addresses appear as \\ServerName\FolderName\SubFolder
