Job Information Report

The job information report provides details about the job. I.e. the tenant name, number, required works etc.

Basic Information

PropertyID: This value is set on creating the property and cannot be changed.
Date of Creation: This value is automatically set by the system. It shows the date the job was created.
Time of Creation: This value is automatically set by the system. It shows the time the job was created.
Start Due Date: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indicated by “1”).
Completion Due Date: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indicated by “2”).

Actual Start Date: This value is automatically set when the job gets data inputted into it. This value cannot be changed.
Start Time: This value is automatically set when the job gets data inputted into it. This value cannot be changed.
Actual Completion Date: This value is automatically set when the job is completed. This value cannot be changed.
User: This value shows the user which created the job and cannot be changed.
Project This value is preset by PSI when creating the system and cannot be changed.
Account: This value is preset by PSI when creating the system and cannot be changed.
Batch Reference: This value is automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed.
Batch Reference By User: This value is automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed.
Job Reference: This value is normally generated by the system upon creating the job. However, this can be set on job upload using our Excel add-ons.
Type of Job: This value is set on creating the job and cannot be changed afterwards (shown below indicated by “1”).

Referral Details

Name: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “1”).
Email: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “2”).
Phone: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “3”).
Worksteam: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “4”).
Referral: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “5”).
Expenditure Code: This is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information” screen (shown below indcated by “6”).
Town: This is automatically set on job creation and cannot be edited afterwards.

Works Required

Works Required: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information”.

*Note: Only certain job types have works required. So this section may not be available for the job you are working on.

Tenant and Property

Property Address: This value is set on property creation. Once the job has been created for a property, the system automatically retrieves this value.

Tenant Number: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information”. (shown below indicated by “2”).
What works do you required?: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information”. (shown below indicated by “3”).
Are there any caveats required?: This value is set on job creation. This can be edited afterwards on the “Job Information”. (shown below indicated by “4”).

Removal Only

Job Documents

Job Documents: This shows all the documents currently attached to the job. This includes certificates inserted during inspection creation and any other documents uploaded prior to or after the job creation. The “Job Information” screen allows you to upload job documents that are not certificates. To upload you must select a file by pressing the select button (button indicated by “1”) and then upload it by clicking the upload button (button indicated by “2”).
