Property Inspection Report

This is the property Inspection Report. This report gets attached onto each property after it is generated. The report shows all the inspection information which were carried out.

Property / Site Address: This is the address of the property. This field can be altered in AWT -> Data Management -> Properties

Property Reference Number: This is the property unique identification number. This fields gets created when a new property is added onto the system. After the property is added, you cannot change the UPRN number through the system.

Inspection Date: This field gets populated by the system when an inspection is completed.
Floor/Level: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Room/Area: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Element: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Material: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Comment: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Inspection Result: This field can be edited in the inspection wizard.
Score: This field comes from the database. (Contact PSI to alter, or obtain your score values)

Tel & Email: These values are manually edited into the report (Contact PSI to alter these fields)
