Query Sets are Pre-determined sub-sets of Queries.
They are used to restrict the queries that a given user might affect in AMS Manager.

For Example:

You might have users that will only ever need to see the non-technical queries in AMS Manager. By creating a Query Set (that might be called
Non-Technical) and applying that Query Set to the User you are restricting that user to see only those queries selected when the Query Set was created.
Query sets can be assigned to any number of Users

Queries are selected

Once you have filtered Queries you must use an action button to make them available.
It is only those listed in the right column that are in the Query Set.
New Queries are not available until they are manually added later, even if they fit the filter.

Create Query Setsh3.

After creating Roles, and before grouping Query Sets into Teams.

User Accounts and Query Sets

If a Query Set has been assigned to a user, the user may only act on the records that are included in that set.
If no Query Set has been assigned the user may act on any Query in your database.
