Reinspection

When a Reinspection job is created and goes through different stages the inspection and No Access records have the following scenarios in AMS database;

1. The asbestos detected and presumed asbestos inspections as well as no Access records are retrieved in the job.

2. Until the job is submitted and DIEU service is run in the AMS database all the historical records have the last inspection flag set to true. i.e. they can be viewed from AWT.

3. Once the DIEU service is run and the status become ‘Data Check Passed’ the inspections that were re-inspected have no longer last inspection flag to true. At this stage the historical inspections will no longer be visible from AWT. This does not apply to No Access records, i.e. the No Access records still can be visible from AWT.

4. After the status ‘Data Checked Passed’ and before it gets to Release Approved at any stage if the job is deleted then the Historical inspections again have last inspection flag set to true, i.e. they can be visible from AWT.

5. When the job gets to ‘Release Approve’ stage the re-inspected inspections have last inspection flag set to true, i.e. for those inspections only the re-inspected inspections can be seen from AWT. The historical inspections still remain in the database and can be retrieved when query is run for All inspections.

6. The No Access records does not have last inspection flag ( as they are not inspection records) as a result in No Access section both historical No Access and Re-inspected no Access will be displayed.

Asbestos Remove

When a Asbestos Removal job is created and goes through different stages the inspection records have the following scenarios in AMS database;

1. The asbestos detected and presumed asbestos inspections are retrieved in the job. No Access records are not part of the Removal job.

2. Until the job is submitted and DIEU service is run in the AMS database all the historical records have the last inspection flag set to true. i.e. they can be viewed from AWT.

3. Once the DIEU service is run and the status become ‘Data Check Passed’ the inspections that were actioned as Asbestos Removed have no longer last inspection flag to true. At this stage the historical inspections will no longer be visible from AWT.

4. After the status ‘Data Checked Passed’ and before it gets to Release Approved at any stage if the job is deleted then the Historical inspections again have last inspection flag set to true, i.e. they can be visible from AWT.

5. When the job gets to ‘Release Approved’ stage the asbestos removed inspections have last inspection flag set to true, i.e. for those inspections only the asbestos removed inspections can be seen from AWT. The historical inspections still remain in the database and can be retrieved when query is run for All inspections.
