• New sub-topic: Approved Program and Label Reference. Addition of information regarding claims that can be made by manufacturers that have been granted a Declare label license for their product.

The Living Building Challenge Red List

• Updated content to reflect 2021 annual updates to the Red List and linked to ILFI website for additional information and to download the 2021 LBC Red List CASRN Guide.
• Added information on How Annual LBC Red List Changes Affect Product Manufacturers

LBC Red List Class Descriptions

• Updated Antimicrobials (Marketed with a health claim) with new reference link and information concerning interest in antimicrobials during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Updated Bisphenol A (BPA) and Structural Analogues group description and added additional reference
• Added California-banned solvents group description that was previously missing
• Renamed Perfluorinated Compounds (PFCs) to Perfluorinated and Polyfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS) / Perfluorinated Compounds (PFCs) to reflect that PFCs are a subset of the PFAS chemical class, and that LBC Red List CASRNs in this class are better identified and characterized by additional association with PFAS.
