FORMAL CLARIFICATION REQUESTS ON DECLARE CLAIMS

• Revised the guidelines on clarification requests, which are now reviewed and evaluated only by ILFI and no longer forwarded on to the party that initiated the request. ILFI retains the ability to utilize a third party to contribute additional expertise and opinion.
