Column Sorting

Users can sort tasks in the grid by the following columns:

Columns can be sorted by ascending or descending order. There are two ways to make this selection:

  1. Click on the desired column header.
    • Click once for ascending order, twice for descending order, and a third time to deselect the column entirely.
      • Ascending order is indicated by an upward arrow. Descending order is indicated by a downward arrow.
  2. Click on the button adjacent to the desired column.
    • It will display the Column Settings menu, from which users can choose to sort by either order.

Column Customization

Users can further customize the grid by showing or hiding specific columns.

To determine which columns are displayed,

  1. Click the button adjacent to any column header. It will display the Column Settings menu:
  2. Hover your cursor over the Columns dropdown. It will display the following menu:
    • To show a column in the grid, select the corresponding checkbox.
    • To hide a column in the grid, deselect the corresponding checkbox.
