10.2.2. View Sent Messages

To access and view the user’s sent messages, refer to the following steps:

1. From the Messages menu (located in the menu bar), select the View Sent Messages option.
   
2. It will display the following form:
   
3. To view a message, click on its subject. It will open to the following page:
   
   • To open any attached files, simply click on them.

*In both the Received Messages and Sent Messages form, users can sort, filter, group, and search for messages in the grid. For more details on these functions, click here.
