From the task context menu, users can access the Label icon, a feature which enables users to assign a label to a task. When the Label icon is selected, it displays the following field:
: This is a text field that allows users to input a label for the task.
To save the label, click anywhere outside the field. To edit an existing label, simply re-select the Label icon.
*When a task is forwarded to another user, the user has the option of either keeping the pre-existing label or creating a new one. For more details on task forwarding, click here.
*Task labels can be pre-defined in the DBP Designer. In that case, when a task is sent out, it will already have a label assigned to it. If a task label is not defined in the Designer, however, the label will default to “Label.”
