From the task context menu, users can access the History Tree, a reporting tool which provides them with information about their task and the activities that were executed prior to them receiving the task.

  1. Status: This field displays the current status of the task, in accordance with its stage in the workflow. It also displays the previous stages of the process that have led up to this one.
  2. Event: This field displays any events/actions associated with the task.
    • For example, for the Review & Update ESR task, an associated event would be “Send for Review,” an action taken once an ESR has been prepared which triggers the assignment of the Review & Update ESR task.
  3. User: This field displays the name of the user who initiated/sent the task.
  4. Job Position: This field displays the role of the user, if one has been assigned.
  5. Job Title: This field displays the name of the task, as listed in the task folder.
  6. Responsible: This field displays the name of the user who is responsible for completing the task.
  7. Task Start Date: This field displays the date upon which the task was initiated.
  8. Task Finish Date: This field displays the date upon which the task was completed.
  9. Folder Name: This field displays the name of the folder where the task is located.
  10. Forward – Assign: This field displays the name of the user to whom the task was forwarded.
