6.5.1. Targeted social media

Sources menu > Create a source (top left)

To insert a social network account or page, simply click on the “+” icon next to the corresponding network.

You will then be asked to paste the account URL.

Example with a Twitter account:

1. Find the original account
   Example: Deloitte France

Copy the URL!

• Then click on “Twitter Account” + in Cikisi

• Paste the URL in the following field and click “Verify”.

Finally, fill in the source’s identity form. Only the field “name” is mandatory, but the “category” one is also very interesting.

The other options can remain empty or with the “default” value.

And here’s the result

*Sources always start in “red” status, then “blue” until their first crawl. The source will turn “green” when it has brought back its first articles. If the source remains blue, either there are no articles or a parameter is missing.
