1.3. Overview

We are now going to see, step by step, a classic monitoring project within Cikisi.

To do this, we’ll just follow the features menu ;-)

The following points are only appetiser to give you an overview of the platform. We will dive deeper into these different menus from point 2. Theme.

!We will deliberately ignore the less important “wall” and “activity” menus at this point. These will be covered later in this manual.

• Sources Put under surveillance web pages or accounts on social networks (creation of robots and organisation of its sources)

• Themes Your search-spaces (Filter based on keywords, sources, etc. and find interesting information)

• Collections where you can store interesting publications (found in themes), these are your favourite article folders.

• Alerts Configure your automatic email alerts and receive the new results of your searches at the frequency of your choosing.

• Newsletter Create a newsletter template with your organisation graphic identity and upload articles from one or more of your collections.
