4.1.3. The preview

In the Preview (right), you can:

• Define your sections/chapters (content)
• Test the alert
  

How to define your sections?

• At the bottom left of the “Preview”, click on “Add section”

• Choose between a saved search and a collection

Add a search: fully automated, runs your query and will automatically send you new results
Add a collection: If you, or your colleagues, do not add anything to your collections, nothing will be sent (manual addition)

Then select from the list what you want to add.

Change the order of sections

You can move your sections via “drag & drop” (hold the click and drag them up or down)

Test the alert

At the top right, you can click on “send alert example” or “Send test alert”

“Send alert example”: Sends you your alert with a fake article (lorem ipsum). The goal is to test the visual and the structure in your mailboxes. Check that the display is accurate.

“Send test alert”: will send you the alert without waiting IF you have new results. If your alert is “daily” but no article is less than 24 hours old, nothing will be sent.
