9.4. Feed it with contents

Content to share on the Readers Portal

Content to be shared is defined on your Web Intelligence platform (wmt.cikisi.com)

1. Your collections (called ‘topics’)
2. Your alerts
3. Your newsletters
4. Your walls

On each of these modules, you will find a ‘show in Portal’ button to check.

Collections (topics)

From the collection’s menu, click on the ‘Show in portal’ button:

!You want to offer your readers a collection and its sub-collections, don’t forget to check the box also for the ‘children’ subfolders.

Other Options:
Edit a collection. Here you will find several settings dedicated to the Readers Portal:

• You can upload an illustrative image to brighten up the presentation of your collections
• Link this collection to alerts and/or newsletters of the same subject. This will suggest subscriptions content to your readers.
• Define the rights of your readers: right to add or remove articles and tag them

Alerts and newsletters

You will find a ‘switch’ button, similar to that of the collections, for alerts and newsletters.
Similarly, edit the parameters of these to manage the rights of your readers and add an illustration image.
