8.1. Create a user account

1. Open the “administrator” menu
2. Click on “users” at the top left
3. Click on “new user” at the top left
4. Complete the creation form

User roles

• Administrators: have administrator privileges and the most extensive rights (access to the “admin” menu)
• Explorers: have access to all features but do not see the “admin” menu. They cannot modify the work of other users.
• Analysts: have limited access to the platform. They cannot save searches, create sources/alerts/newsletters. They can, however, consult saved searches & themes, store articles in collections or even tag articles.
• Readers: do not have access to the wmt.cikisi.com platform, but to your Readers Portal www.readersportal.online. This is an ideal profile for consumers of information. They are not, however, watchmen.
• Recipients: have no access to the platform. These are simply saved email addresses to receive alerts or newsletters.
  

Once the profile has been created, you return to the previous menu.

In this menu you can re-edit existing profiles or delete accounts.
