Collections: your “favourite items” folders

*A collection is a folder where you can manually store interesting articles from your search results. They are your library of knowledge (knowledge management).

Create your tree structure of folders and sub-folders.

How to use collections:

1. from your themes, launch searches
2. You will get results. Not all are interesting (noise).
3. Select manually the articles that interest you
4. Store these in your collections
   

A collection allows:

• to build your own library of informational findings
• to find easily publications that interested you
• feed your newsletters to disseminate information within your organisation.
  

*What is the difference between a theme and a collection?
- A theme and its publications are continuously updated in an automated way. In collections, it is the users who +*manually* place articles there.
- A collection contains only interesting articles, while themes also have noise.
