Introduction

The following are installation notes to help guide you in upgrading your server from 4.x.x version to 5.x.x.

Important to Note:

• Please take backup of DB. For more notes on Backup, please see How to backup.
• Please take snapshot if possible.

High Availability/ Low balancer.

Under High Availability/ Low balancer. the following instructions should be noted:

• If you have Command Line Interface (CLI) version less than 4.2.1, turn High Availability OFF.
• If you have Command Line Interface (CLI) version bigger than 4.2.1, turn Maintenance mode ON.

Upgrading your server to the latest version:

The Console server provides at least 3 options to guide you upgrade your environment to the latest version. Follow the options below as instructed:
