Please make sure your server hardware is configured based on VM requirements, please see here.

Each call in the system represent a workflow of events. These events are stored in aco server in order to finally calculate useful reports.
Depending on the size of the system and the amount of devices handled by CUCM you can tune the performance of the system up

  • If you don’t use reports Set this value to 0, this won’t persist events and will improve the performance of the entire system.
  • If you use reports and your system is medium or big (from 6000 to 20000 devices and directory entries) Set this value from 1 to 20.
  • If you use reports, and your system is small (less than 6000 devices less than 5000 directory entries) You can keep events for longer time.
