4.5.1 Manage DB Cleaning

Console Server provides the ability to clean DB, in case your Hard Disk does not have enough space. This function clean the oldest information in DB and keeps the most recent. Ensure you have taken backup of your information.

To clean the Data Base:

1. Go to System Management -> Backup and Restore
2. Click on “Call Collector” tab.
3. Input the number of months to keep in DB and click on “Save” button.
